Learn basic Dutch or Italian ( avalible also in English )

I graduated from a linguistic high school in 2019, studying English, French, and Spanish as subjects of focus. I also got an ESABAC degree (French diploma). Moreover, I traveled a lot to get in contact with mother tongue people and to improve my language skills. I have recently moved to the Netherlands and I am planning on starting a PPE Bachelor in September.

- I'm a professional Italian teacher from Italy, now living in Rome. I have 10 years teaching experience. I am very patient and I love to make a relaxed and friendly class environment. I have qualifications and experience teaching at different levels and in different contexts. I can help the student to improve the oral, written, and comprehension skills. Most important is that each course is based on the needs, interests and availability of the student. - The method is mainly what is called communicative, aimed at stimulating the student to speak immediately and put the focus on the functional aspect of the language. For beginners, I usually follow a specific program, I prepare a course and for each lesson I send students the files that I scan from the various books. Also the lessons can be essentially developed as conversations on specific subjects.

English is a world language and therefore very important to learn for your child's future. Learning it at a young age will benefit him or her greatly in areas such as work and school, but also in the area of traveling and making international friends. If your child still has difficulty speaking Dutch, I can also help with that.

As non-Dutch speaking parents, it is certainly not easy to teach your children Dutch or help them become more fluent in the new language. Who wants some extra exercise for their kids? Hello everyone! I'm Giorgia and I come from Torino, Italy. I offer my native knowledge of Italian to any of you, who wants to discover this beautiful language. I teach for all levels, from very beginners to advanced speakers, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. I can also help with university exams and school works/assignments. Being a pianist and a piano teacher, I already have lots of experience with teaching and pedagogical approach with the whole range of ages. The lesson is intended to meet the student needs: the focus can be on the grammar, conversation or literature. In case of a middle-level speaker, the lesson will cover all four language's abilities: listening, speaking, writing and reading. My suggestion of a well planned lesson is, for any level, to divide it into two parts: grammar first and then conversation (covering all the abilities mentioned above). In our class we will be relaxed, I will help you with the Dutch conversation, the grammar, reading (like an article or a topic what I will give you). I will help students for beginners-lower-intermediate level. After every lesson I will give you homework for the next lesson. Hi, I'm Paola and I'm a graduate in Italian Literature and I also have a master's degree in Teaching Italian to Foreigners. During the university period I gave private lessons to erasmus students in Italy and now I give individual Italian lessons in Amsterdam and online. I use a book that I integrate with different materials. Conversation is very important, but so is listening and understanding a text. I use several methods which are specially conceived to teach Dutch to people who have a different mother tongue. I really like to use methods out of the ordinary like role games or methods with which you learn while playing. All these adapted to the student's situation of course. As I learned myself a couple of other languages, it is easy for me to detect difficulties a student can encounter and adapt the way of learning. I can teach in English, French, German and Russian.
