I AM A WOLOF TEACHER. LEARN AND SPEAK WOLOF EASILY WITH ME.
Dembane
Very clear as to what his teaching methods and goals are, how he'll help you get there - then jumps right in and gets you started with no fuss. I found myself speaking sentences in Wolof by the end of the lesson, and really appreciate the additional written material he supplied as well. As someone who has taught and learned various other languages I can tell that Dembane has a really sound methodology. I'll add to this review in a few months time, but so far I am impressed. Also glad that he is pointing out regional differences between Senegal and Gambia usage to me, as it's relevant to my learning needs. He does personalise the content for the individual student, which is good to see.

Douglas is a fantastic teacher, and it's a pleasure working with him. He prepares well for lessons, asks for feedback, and provides engaging material. He's a kind and knowledgeable individual with a broad scope of interests and hobbies, making sessions a friendly and rewarding experience. He recognizes and tackles issues and personalizes lessons to fit his students' interests and goals. I would recommend Douglas to anyone seeking to improve their English!

Maths and English Tutor: learn to understand the basics in Numeracy and English up to KS2/3 (Bolton)
Hajra
The first lesson with Hajra went very well and my 11 years old daughter did immediately connect with her.
She was able to make the learning enjoyable and interactive, which gave my daughter a good feeling.
This is very important as my daughter need an emotional connection to feel comfortable asking questions and keep motivated.
Hajra also seem experienced, competent and knowledgeable.
I have high hopes for the future lessons...thanks!
