Trusted teacher: 🍀 This is a class for all levels, it is centered on the pleasure of dancing and feeling your free body in motion, without judgment and by valuing our forces present in us, too often ignored. Through a playful and personalized framework, I offer exercises from my circus practice and as a dancer and I adapt to the needs of the person depending on the time, number of sessions we have together. I have a very large living room with hardwood floors that allow you to move around with ease and space perfectly. 🍁 My desire during these classes and to be able to bring the person a benevolent and encouraging look as well as several tools to gain self-confidence with movement, dance and your dancing body. To help him develop his own body language and discover/deepen another relationship to his body, another way of listening. I base myself on his desires to offer him explorations, exercises, discussion times... 🌸 Whether it's just for the pleasure of dancing, or the desire to create a video with dance, or a presentation, my goal is to provide the necessary support so that the person trusts themselves and leaves with new tools. for her. 🌻Through my practice, I take into account both the physical aspect and the psychological aspect: the feeling, our experience, the insecurities or beliefs that block us, the judgment we put on ourselves.... I am convinced that all these data are linked with our relationship to the body, to the breath, to the voice and that it is important to take them into account and take care of them. (((((🤸‍♂️I also offer courses to deepen your practice with the AERIAL HOOP but not having places and the material on me, I can only offer it to people who already have the material or a training place available! I will of course agree to move with them as far as possible :) )))))) So, if you are looking to develop your relationship to movement and to your sensitive and dancing body, do not hesitate to contact me! My schedules often change, don't hesitate to contact me directly rather than looking at the schedule! 🌼 Availability: I am often abroad for work but do not hesitate to contact me and we will try to find suitable dates!

Trusted teacher: Dance belongs to EVERYBODY My proposition is under the name of Performing art, like life. The proposition contains different exercises and tasks that varies between structured and improvised: Individual Improvisation : the improvisation aims to let the space for the dancers to develop their way of moving, to develop their understanding of their bodies related to the notion of space and time. The task would focus on the interaction with the music that they chose at first. This last would create an atmosphere that they relate to and a music that they feel connected to in order to drive them slowly in connecting their bodies and rythme. The improvisation task would play throughout variety of notions : music / silence / speaking / construction of time / construction of space. Technical: variety of technical bases of contemporary dance would be introduced. The use of the body/ choreography/ the use of the space/ the use of surroundings/ using objects / contact improvisation. Duet improvisation : This task is based on how the individual could relate to other body. The aim is that someone improvises while the other watches which brings a close connection to each one another as a group and start to see dancing and moving in details and closely. The second step is repeating what they saw or repeat simultaneously. This could be a good tool to try to work on memory and how they perceive the movements. (The repetition could be not identical to the previous version but at least it could take some items as rythm way of use of the body time and space together) Yoga The group improvisation: this improvisation would need a group of people together in which the task Would be OPEN for any suggestions.

Trusted teacher: Hello everyone!!! :-) Friday salsa lessons will finally resume !!! :-) This event is for anyone who wants to learn LA salsa as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are learning to learn salsa in an evolutionary way. In other words, we will begin with footsteps and basic figures that will fit into more and more complex figures. A fairly regular participation is therefore recommended even if the steps will be briefly recalled later. We insist that you must practice what has been seen, otherwise you will forget, thus making your evolution difficult. That's why we invite you to stay for the dance party from 11pm to rehearse directly with your new friends. PROGRAM: 20h-21h: Beginners 0 (those who have never danced) 21h-22h: Beginners 1 and Intermediaries (those who already have the basics) 22h-23h: Advanced (those who already have some control) 23h: Salsa evening to practice directly with your classmates and other dancers. How will 1h of classes be held? Beginners 0, 1 and Intermediaries: - no basic and solo movements: 15 minutes for Beginners 1 and Intermediates; 25mn for beginners 0 - learning and control of rhythm: 5mn - reminder of the previous figure (and / or questions): 10 mn (only for beginners 1 and Intermediaries) - figure of the day and practice on music: 30 mn Advances: - warm-up, solos, shines: 20 mn - reminder of the previous figure + questions: 10 mn - figure of the day + practice on music: 30mn In order to offer optimal quality and follow you individually, we limit participants to 20 per class.

Apprentisage de la danse and learn couple / couple dances (Leuven)
Carl
Last year, at that the time my fiancé and I took waltz lessons from Carl for our wedding dance. It was a challenge to find dance lessons in Brussels because both of us are not Belgian and we don't speak either Dutch, or French. In addition, I am really not that good with rhythm when it comes to pre-set dances. Carl was very patient with us (me) and spoke to us in English. Not only he taught us how to dance waltz but also how to behave on the dancefloor as a couple. Everybody at the wedding was amazed of our waltz skills and they loved our wedding dance.

Vi
Vi is a great teacher. She listens to you carefully always smiling. We had a great time learning our first dance and we executed so gracefully in our wedding. She made us very confident and we could see it from our first class to last class. Overall it was a pleasure learning with her. May be we will continue to learn salsa in future with her.

Daniela
Natural dancer. And also natural teacher! I had 10 classes with Daniela, they were fun, enjoyable and her attention to details greatly helped me to progress, that's despite that I started the classes as an absolute beginner to dancing generally. Top teacher.
