Hi, so I'm Corentin, I come from the countryside around Paris and I'm actually leaving in Lisbon from september. I've turned myself towards tutorship of my language because I value a lot the power of mastering words, and seeing the world through diferent languages. I had myslef the occasion to learn diferent languages after starting to study in Paris and I discovered that it's actually not as hard as the shcolar way to do so might make you think. That's why I decided to give tutorships of my mother's tongue. Because I love to share knowledge and it would be an extreme satisfaction to give you the tools that were given to me, to speak French but to also help you in your approach of, I hope, even more languages. My mission will be to give you all the elements I can to help you undertand French language fully until the ultimate and beautiful point in which you made the language yours. At first I will need to evaluate the actual level of the student on the first session through basic linguistic tests. As a matter of coherence and accuracy for the construction of the program, it would be recommended for the student to bring his own school lessons and exercises. This way, if a class is already followed in school it will be directly sustained and completed through this tutorship. To truly fulfill the objective of a durable progress, it is recommended to maintain, as possible, regularity and constancy in attending to the teaching sessions. The sessions will take place entirely in the studied language to encourage immersion, I would however clarify that there is no specific requirements to attend the tutorship. I started my lessons with Giorgia four months ago, and I am so glad to have found her. As a 26-year-old beginner, I was not sure if I should even try to pursue learning an instrument at this point. But now I am so glad I did! I am learning online, and I was a little unsure of how lessons via webcam would go. Despite my prejudice, everything turned out great, even though my setup is quite basic. Her approach to teaching is very creative. She is able to explain things that seem hard to put into words, and she always finds comparisons and descriptions that convey clearly little details of approach that make a lot of difference in the end result. For any difficulty I encountered, she presented methods of exercise that helped correct it. Another thing that I appreciate is that from one lesson to the next, the volume of work is challenging enough that I feel I am making progress, but not to the point that I am overwhelmed. Also, even though I am just beginning and the pieces are not that complex, she explains the musical interpretation in a way that not only helps me advance my skill but also enriches the way I understand and listen to music, and I find great value in that. Her manner of teaching is very organic, and she is a patient teacher with a warm presence. I wholeheartedly recommend her lessons!

The current ratings and reviews speak for themselves. Most are 5-star reviews, with a few 4-star reviews and none at a lower rating. She is an amazing teacher with more than a decade of experience. Who truly knows how to tailor a programme to each individual student. In 3 weeks, I've grown from knowing close to no grammar to being able to form proper sentences for everyday use. One aspect I value a lot about her way of teaching is that we apply the grammar not only to every-day situations but also to topics that tailor to my personal life circumstances. I have been convinced that, with the help of Marina, I will be able to grow my Mandarin skills exponentially over the next few months.

It is always a pleasure to meet Phil for our weekly online French classes. He is a patient and kind teacher and always full of energy for our class. Phil is interested in a wide range of topics, so we always have something to talk about based on an article he selected as 'homework'. What I really appreciate about his way of teaching is that he corrects me during our conversation without breaking the flow of our talk, so I can really feel my confidence in speaking French increasing each class. I woulf highly recommend Phil if you are looking for a French tutor :)
