HI! I am Lenart and I am currently a student at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. I have been playing the trumpet for more than 15 years and have experience in many different music genres like Jazz, Pop, Classical, Baroque. I graduated from the Academy of Music in Ljubljana. I used to do a lot of teaching (young to old) when I was still residing in Slovenia. My desired goal as a teacher is to show you an easy and fun way to master a new skill or some new aspects of it, but not to fill your head with unnecessary things that will make your progress hard and slow. I have studied with some of the biggest names of classical and jazz trumpet worldwide like: Omar Tomasoni, Miroslav Petkov, Reinhold Friedrich, Chris Colleti and many more.

Voice lessons are an amazing way to strengthen your voice and broaden your range. Lessons are offered for all types of musical styles including jazz, classical, and pop. In these lessons we will cover vocal technique, song performance, leading a band, sight reading, music theory, and other aspects of performing and singing. Taught in English by a Native English speaker the student with receive English diction lessons along with singing. The basic technique is guaranteed, but the teacher will work with the student on the specific goals and topics the students want to focus on.

Hi! I'm a professional trumpet player from Australia now based in Amsterdam. I've spent the past 10 years freelancing with some of Australia's best orchestras (Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Victoria, Darwin Symphony Orchestra & Sydney Symphony Orchestra to name a few..), as well as recording sessions for pop/rock artists, film scores and music theatre. I've enjoyed diversifying my career by teaching in Australian schools, and now since I've moved I'm looking to help you with your goals now I'm here in Holland. As a Jazz Trumpet student of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam I offer private lessons for all ages and all levels. In addition to my studies, I had been offering teaching Trumpet, Music Theory and Piano beginners (of any age), group or private lessons as well. I had been working in several schools in Istanbul teaching those subjects, examining, organizing auditions and helping students to prepare auditions to play in orchestras and schools. In my opinion, creativity and pleasure of playing are the way to improve and learn. After teaching many years I understand all of my student are unique and different. ABOUT ME: Joan (1997) is a Spanish guitarist and composer based in Amsterdam (NL). He holds a Master’s degree in Jazz Guitar from the prestigious Conservatorium van Amsterdam and Temple University in Philadelphia. Throughout his career, Joan has had the privilege of performing and collaborating with world-renowned musicians such as Jeremy Pelt, Vincent Herring, Dick Oatts, Grant Stewart, Jorge Rossy, Bill McHenry, David Wong, Benjamin Herman, Michael Weiss, Jasper Blom, Rita Payés, and Virginia MacDonald. One of his co-led projects, has released two critically acclaimed albums: both featuring the legendary New York saxophonist Dick Oatts. The first album earned a nomination for the Edison Jazz Award. In 2024, Joan performed with The Dam Jawn at the North Sea Jazz Festival, joined by the renowned trumpeter Jeremy Pelt as a special guest. In January 2025, Joan released his debut album as a leader, and is already preparing for his next project—a recording in New York City with a stellar lineup of world-class musicians: Grant Stewart on tenor sax, Michael Weiss on piano, David Wong on bass, and Aaron Kimmel on drums. Joan has performed at prestigious festivals and venues worldwide, including the North Sea Jazz Festival (NL), Chris’ Jazz Café (USA), Bimhuis (NL), the Voll-Damm International Barcelona Jazz Festival (SP), and Windmills (IN).

I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduate from Codarts Rotterdam in both directions) with many years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamics, practical approach and adaptation to the needs and interests of the student. The lessons (live or online) take place in my studio next to the Maastunnel, where I have a premium stage piano and a top-quality webcam setup. I speak Dutch at an intermediate level, which is improving every day.
