As a personal trainer specialized in providing boxing or kickboxing training, I focus on guiding individuals in learning these martial arts. I have had thorough education and training in the techniques of these sports and have personal experience as a fighter. My goal is to help my clients improve their technique and strengthen their physical fitness, strength, speed and agility. I offer individual or group training sessions and can also provide nutritional counseling and mental coaching to help my clients achieve their goals. My approach is personal and tailored to the individual needs and goals of my clients.

In Capoeira classes we start with warming up, and then we learn Capoeira movements (for all levels and ages). Ultimately, we can play capoeira together. I teach individuals and groups. In class you also learn Capoeira Music (Percussion Instruments) and Culture. All materials are included.
