Last year student at ISTI (ULB) in translation and interpretation in English and Dutch, I offer courses in Dutch and English at the primary, secondary and advanced levels. The courses will be conducted as follows: contact, assessment of language level and identification of gaps, organization of the study and exercises. I can also receive you at home (in Saint-Gilles) according to my availability. Do not hesitate to ask me questions, I answer fairly quickly.

Each class is tailored to the individual's requirements and/or needs. Want to improve career opportunities; learn or improve business Dutch, which will be the focus of each class. For those already are familiar with Dutch; expanding existing knowledge together with a deeper cultural understanding and insight. All students will be provided lesson schedules in advance for their review (time permitting). In our class we will be relaxed, I will help you with the Dutch conversation, the grammar, reading (like an article or a topic what I will give you). I will help students for beginners-lower-intermediate level. After every lesson I will give you homework for the next lesson. Dutch is my native language. I can teach in English, French and German. I am retired and very flexible with my time. The language is native and has the courage to speak English. I have English and Dutch owners. I also speak French and German. I am reserved and flexible with my time.

I use several methods which are specially conceived to teach Dutch to people who have a different mother tongue. I really like to use methods out of the ordinary like role games or methods with which you learn while playing. All these adapted to the student's situation of course. As I learned myself a couple of other languages, it is easy for me to detect difficulties a student can encounter and adapt the way of learning. I can teach in English, French, German and Russian.

The most important thing for me is that we have fun while learning – that makes everything a lot more fun! In the lessons I am happy to help you with your questions about Dutch grammar and we can work together on your speaking, writing and/or listening skills. Do you have homework that you need help with?
