I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

Whether your interest revolves around photography, graphics or any form of visual creation, the concept, the overall vision of the project is often difficult to implement. I offer you a follow-up, a sharing of ideas tailored to your current project, as a starting point or in re-mastering. My technical skills can also be allies in our discussions so that you can push your creative subject beyond its limits, make it grow and find the most appropriate end point for the message you wish to convey. You are on a mandate but need an external point of view, this course can be a good step back to move forward with more confidence.

If you've watched sketchbook tour videos and wished you could get into the habit of creating regularly, this course is for you. I will teach you how to create the book itself, meaning you never have to be hindered by not having a place to start. Then, we'll explore a variety of ways to make your mark on each page, building your knowledge and understanding of the visual elements. Lessons are one hour and online. Any age and experience is welcome. I am a qualified art & design teacher for secondary age students in Scotland, and a first class graduate (with honours) from The University of Edinburgh Fine Art programme.

This class supports students who wish to enter the world of drawing or improve their drawing practice in the classical tradition. Students will learn to take a slow, thoughtful, methodical approach to observing light and form and depicting it on a surface using principles of shape, proportion and tone, and a balance of optical and conceptual knowledge. This class is suitable for beginner students who want to explore a new method of drawing, and also for those who are already familiar with drawing and wish to refine their skills.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

I am here to help you surpass yourself! ;) Professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I am creative, empathic, dynamic, and versatile. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance and creation of multidisciplinary performances from the Iceland University of the Arts, a Master 2 in Art Research & International Creation from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, I am an artist member of the International Dance Council at UNESCO. Since 2020, I have been engaged in academic research on medical and spiritual dance whose practice is called Transcendental Dance (Transcendental Embodiment). I intend to present this research in a doctoral contract. My professional experience extends internationally where I had the opportunity to work alongside various renowned companies and to organize internships in France, Iceland, Sweden, Mexico, Czech Republic, Spain, Turkey and Asia. Also, I had the opportunity to dance for haute couture houses during Fashion Week in Paris. I teach contemporary dance, technical floorwork (floor work), contact dance and classical dance. My classes focus on mindfulness, musicality, harmonization of energy flows, improvisation, muscle strengthening and coaching in choreographic composition for competitions, exams, galas, and weddings. Art History has an interesting approach to understanding cultures and traditions. It provides an insight into human behaviour and emotion. It ties up the skill sets of an artist with history, politics and events that would have enhanced a masterpiece. Having worked as a tutor in adult learning, I can provide varied topics of study in Masterpieces, hidden secrets and political influences. As a practising artist, I can provide drawing and painting in watercolours, Acrylics and silk painting.

I am an artist and philosopher from Amsterdam currently living in Antwerp. I studied in London where I acquired a BA from Art Academy London and a BA in philosophy from St Mary's University London. Artistic development starts by identifying your artistic interest. As artists, we don't always know why we draw and paint the things that we do. Yet they are not random. What captivates us or draws us towards certain artworks? This might be the tonal way in which light reflects, structural forms or mathematical division. The point being, is that we all have such aesthetic interests and step 1 is finding out what interests you! Step 2 is helping you express your interests through painting techniques, styles and materiality. But it all starts with you. What do you want to say? And how? I will help you do this through discussion, looking at your previous work (if you have any), introducing you to a LARGE variety of artists, potentially copying their styles. I adjust my classes according to your needs. The goal is simple: to come to understand your artistic interest, help you find techniques to express them and develop your artistic language. (Please note that just because you have found an artistic interest and a way to express it, it does not mean that you must do only one thing for the rest of your life. It is the downfall of creativity to repeat and paint the same way over and over again. Instead, allow your interests to drive your creativity. Let it be the starting point, venture out and discover it from various angles and ways of expressing it they change, we must remain honest and respond accordingly such that our artistic language can also grow.) KEY OBJECTIVES: • To introduce the right toolkit to take on contemporary art of any kind, no matter how difficult, minimal and conceptually driven it may be. • To learn to spot and call out artwork that is being difficult or challenging because it’s a load of rubbish. • To make you feel more confident when making and looking at contemporary art! How can we be so categorical about something as subjective as deciding if art is ‘good’ or ‘bad’? Think of it like this: If you’re not any good at carpentry, you can still identify a poorly made coffee table. Basically, what we’re going to try to do is understand how to recognise if an artwork has been responsibly made or not. In the case contemporary art that has been made responsibly, this class will suggest that your kid could not have made it, any more than they could have removed your appendix, designed a suspension bridge or landed a crashing helicopter. In the case of art that has not been made responsibly, then yes, perhaps your kid could have made it.

The camera has long since become my best ally when I go out into nature, and I no longer contemplate going without it. Capturing details, the light of the sunset, the inhabitants of the forest, or the immensity of the night sky is my way of being present and connecting with the environment that surrounds me. After working as a Northern Lights guide and photographer, I have noticed that quite a few people come with their cameras hoping to capture an aurora borealis, but without any prior experience in night photography. This art requires patience, technique and practice, especially when it comes to the Northern Lights where the light is constantly changing. It is because of this experience that I decided to open this service.
