Want to begin your music learning journey? Do you already play an instrument, but want to gain a new level of mastery? I provide lessons in violin, viola, piano, and music theory in central Cardiff. I am a passionate and enthusiastic teacher with 10 years of teaching experience, and I pride myself in being able to adapt to my students' individual needs. I teach from initial level through to diploma and welcome students of all ages.

Music is the way one can express everything when given 100 with dedication. I completed my trinity college of London grades in both keyboard and guitar and also diploma in vocal carnatic Indian music. I will give my best service to make you enjoy each of my classes with new strategies.

Violin might be intimidating for some but worry not, i am here to guide and teach you! - i will teach basic theory before starting the violin - having the basic theory in your hands is very helpful as foundation to start violin - teaching how to hold the violin properly and what suits the student best - teaching them pieces that they will enjoy playing

Dear students: My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and classical music with an active performing life, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. As a docent or vocal coach I've collaborate with different academic institutions and private artistic projects, focusing mostly on international students or social integration programs. I have years of experience teaching children, teenagers and adults in both Latin-America and Europe, therefore understanding different appreciation levels and needs. My main goal is to help the student discover her or his voice while enjoying making music. **Class suggestions and indications** No experience is needed just bring your enthusiasm and favorite music. Classes can be given either in English, Spanish, French or Deutsch. There are no limit for styles, bring your favorite music and I will provide a safe environment for your personal and musical growth. Hey! My name is Richard and I give private lessons to all levels. For guitar, it is important that you can improve yourself in a pleasant environment in a fun way where your interests are central. Do you want to delve deeper into a certain style? Do you want to create your own sound on your guitar using amps, and pedals, ...? I can help you with all that! Knowledge of solfège or music theory is not required, we can always discuss this in class if you wish, but that is certainly not mandatory ;) I have been playing the guitar since I was 9 years old and for several years now I have been playing in professional bands with which I have been able to play on sugar rock, for example. The lessons would take place at my home in Mol or via webcam. If necessary, we can always agree on something else. Violinist and teacher from Ukraine, I graduated Kharkov National university of arts, participant of International exchange programme Erasmus+ (2019-2020, Conservatorio Superior de música de Vigo). I've been teaching violin since 2017. I work with children as well as with adults with different levels. My teaching methods are based on growing and developing understanding and love of music. My aim is to teach my students how to enjoy playing and to build deep connection between body, violin and mind.

The theory of everything tends to be really scary and music theory can be too. I am very keen to make music theory easy for everyone. For some people there is only one way to tackle the unmentionable but I believe there are many different approaches and one of them will click with you. It is simply finding out what is best for each person. Once we find the key we can unlock the problems that have puzzled you for ages. Music theory needs to be more than a requirement, it needs to be the way to really appreciate the music you are playing. Certain aspects can also lead to additional practical skills such as improvisation which can be very useful as well as very enjoyable. I am a professional trumpet player graduated from Conservatorium van Amsterdam.I have 21 years of experience in playing trumpet, and 12 years of teaching experience.
