Teaching varies depending on your desired style, level and what you want to achieve. We will go through chords, both basic and advanced. Memorizing freatboard through very efficient method. Also learning all the scales and arpeggios, writing and reading the music. I can also help with songwriting and singing while playing. One of the objective is of course as well to learn how to improvise and play along with the band. Main focus is on learning as much as possible through fun and games.

I have been playing the violin for 13 years and am currently a classical violin student at Prins Claus Conservatorium in Groningen. My journey with the violin has taken me through various performances, masterclasses, and teaching experiences. For many people improvisation is a scary word and having to improvise in a group or band is an alarming prospect. However, this really does not need to be the case. As long as you have a basic knowledge of how to play your instrument you will be able to improvise. Once you know the principle of how chords are formed you will soon be improvising with ease. If you play a keyboard instrument you will be able to improvise your own pieces and be able to entertain your friends at a moments notice.
