Giorgos
I'm a professional theorbo and guitar player and i give theorbo, guitar, music theory and solfege lessons
Hello everyone I'm Giorgos and i teach theorbo and classical guitar! The theorbo is a historical instrument born in the late 16th century, with a (potentially very) long neck and 14 strings. It's main purpose is to accompany one's self while singing, or other instruments or groups by playing mainly a low (bass) part which we fill with other notes that are indicated to us based on what the other instruments are doing, called a basso continuo part. One of the reasons I started playinf for the pure joy of being able to accompany and play with people, and if you share this idea you're more than welcome to join me and explore it. There's beautiful solo music to explore although it's nowhere nearly as much as our accompanying pieces are! The repertoire and possibilities of the guitar are huge, and i like to structure my lessons based on what you like to listen to and to play, while maintaining a certain path on the classical technique. I've been teaching for a long time and i'm very comfortable with it, and i enjoy seeing people get passionate about the instrument. It's a great hobby and a great calling to follow! I'll be happy to work together.

Produce a track from A to Z (Pop / RnB / Hip Hop)
What are the steps to compose an entire song? Where do we start? How to make it sound "pro"? How can I reproduce the sounds I imagine? How do we know when we're done? How do you know which tools and techniques to use and when? The questions are many when it comes to producing a track and even more are the answers, but don't panic! There is a solution. After several years of making music, I ended up synthesizing a step-by-step method that allows you to produce a song from the first ideas to the final result that you can make listen to your loved ones, or your fans! In particular, you will learn to: - Prepare your work session to save time and make your life easier - Compose and produce percussion that sounds professional and rich - Find interesting chord sequences even without knowing how to play an instrument - Find melodies that stick in your head - Build an arrangement and finish a piece when you're stuck and can't move on - Pre-mix your track so it sounds great wherever you listen to it - Know which plugin to use and when To take this course, you don't have to know how to play an instrument, master recording software or have the same software as me. No matter your level, I will teach you all the techniques you need to know to compose songs that you can be proud of by adapting to what you already know and conforming to your desires and your objectives. In other words, tell me what your needs are and I'll adapt my lessons accordingly :) Glad to have you as a student, Arthur. PS: Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any other questions

Piano Lessons - all ages and levels - Classical music, pop/rock, etc. - with Piano Master's graduated teacher
Hello! I am a 29 years old classical pianist with a Master's degree at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag. I have taught Piano (and also Music Education) since 2016, to both children and adults. Teaching allows me to bring my passion and enthusiasm for music to the students, and I also find it incredibly rewarding to guide and follow their musical and technical development! I am easily adaptable to the student's musical tastes and expectations/goals in music learning, and I am also very mindful of how I communicate, according to the students' ages and personalities. I can teach classical music, pop, rock, or any other style. My approach consists of giving you the necessary theoretical knowledge for what you wish to play; involving you actively in the choice of the pieces/songs you will play; setting up a long-term plan for your repertoire, so that your development is made step by step in a challenging - but achievable - way (and this way, you will feel more motivated!); giving you enjoyable and creative practicing strategies; creating rich imagery revolving around the piece - by making up a story, relating the music to emotions, etc.; and also positive feedback! Thus, my lessons will allow you to: - Learn how to read scores. -Develop your musical understanding (from notes, rhythm, and harmony, to musical taste, and emotional comprehension of the music, or dive into aesthetic principles concerning the period and style of the piece,...). -Improve, step by step, until you are able to play that piece/song that you love. -Prepare yourself for exams. -Etc. Furthermore, I organize Students' Concerts, giving you the chance to play in a fantastic grand piano, and sharing with others all the work you've done! The best thing is that it's possible for you to learn all this and have fun at the same time! Any questions, don't hesitate to contact me.

REED FLUTE, NEY, NAY LESSONS FOR ALL STUDENTS BY TURKISH TEACHER
Turkish reed flute is an essential instrument of Turkish Classcial Music. It has a deep and dense culture dating from 13. century around. If you want to learn about how to perform it you first need a teacher educated by masters on this field. As of many teachers you can find online but you make sure that not every tutor meets with traditional style. Solfege and method are inseperable parts of the lessons. So for beginners and intermediate students must follow a compotent tutor to learn about the way of classic form.

Medieval, folk and Celtic harp lessons
"I still remember the first time I heard the sounds of a harp, when I was 8, my grandparents took me to a concert in the little church in Gosselies. To pinch the strings, I was kidnapped by the magic sound that came from the heart of the woods. The longer the concert went on, the closer I got to the harp ... After harassing my parents for a year, I started To study this magnificent instrument, it immediately became a sacred object for me, and thanks to him, I could communicate my feelings, laugh, relax and find the desired balance. " My courses are based on the Irish teaching method so first of all to the ear, on the resources that the student has in himself and on the fact that one learns while having fun. I propose a harp lesson: - Medieval dedicated to teenagers and adults for false beginner and intermediate based on medieval music and rebirth, improvisation, arrangement of melodies, ... - Celtic for all ages from 14 to 70 years, beginner level, false beginner, intermediate and intermediate / advanced based on Celtic repertoire and Irish, Scottish and Breton techniques After a few lessons, the neo-harpists will play short and simple melodies until the end of the journey to play more complete melodies that provide accompaniment and use of both hands. Lessons are defined on the learning needs of individual students. Even if I use the Irish teaching method, I will provide the basis for reading the pentagram, for the integration of rhythm, the foundations of harmony so that the student can read a piece of music independently. I live in Italy, so I come back to Belgium about once a month for face-to-face lessons (duration of face-to-face lesson: 90 minutes). Next dates for face-to-face courses in Belgium: Friday July 5 morning, Monday July 8 afternoon, Monday July 15 afternoon. For Skype lessons (3-4x per month, lesson duration 60 minutes) see typical week. Do not hesitate to write to me.

Regular piano lessons too difficult? Then try piano lessons with me!
In piano lessons, we use the book method of Notus or Hal Leonard. Everything is explained step by step and you gradually learn to read music and know the piano. At the start of our lessons we'll take a look at what is important to you. What goals do you want to set, and what feels achievable and comfortable? We set long-term goals of, for example, a year. Completely tailored to where you are at, right now. During the lessons I am patient, motivating, encouraging, and complimenting. I'll point out what could be better, and also pay attention to how you can play more easily. And much more. Tailored to your needs and wishes.
