I am a professional violinist. I graduated with distinction at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels (Master) and hold a Bachelor Diploma from Codarts (Rotterdam). I also pursued a masters degree in Music Education at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. I teach students of all ages and levels. I have thirteen years of teaching experience in the Netherlands and in Belgium ( privately and at music schools: Hart Muziekschool in Haarlem and Vioolstudio 020! in Amsterdam). In my lessons I help the students to find a good contact with the instrument and cultivate a positive relationship with music by integrating the development of aural skills, sense of rhythm and an optimal body use, enabling them to connect with their musical imagination. The lessons are adapted to each student's needs and wishes.

Are you a beginner?? No worries: no experience is required! 😁 I can teach you the basics to produce sounds with your saxophone: position of the embouchure (teeth, tongue, lips and vocal cords' position, an element often forgotten), fingerings, use of diafragma,... After the first two lessons spent on the mouthpiece and neck for the sound production, we will immediately start to play some super easy duos together to practice your capacity of listening, pay attention to the other, ear training as well. I normally use the book of Peter Wastall (titled Learn as you play) as support, but it is not mandatory. There are plenty of good books btw! Are you an intermediate / advanced student?? I am sure you can still improve in all the basics, but on a different level. I'll teach you the importance of the "voicing" (technique named by the american saxophonist and pedagogue Donald Sinta) to improve your sound production and projection as well as the capacity of correcting and improving the intonation. You can learn all about phrasing and music interpretation, from tonal music until contemporary atonal compositions. And still, you can improve your playing together, practicing in duo on different aspects like tuning, balance, interpretation, performance etc. Book a lesson and try! I’m Rodrigo, a pianist and educator offering personalized piano lessons at home for students of all levels. Even though music is universal, specific terms and method learning differ from one culture and another one. This is why I propose some individual courses of music and piano for people curions about discovering or maybe improving their artistic skills in the language of Moliere. At the beginning of the lesson, the student will be trained by some theory, not the best part for most people. But with the help of mnemotechnic methods, those basics won't have a secret for him/her anymore ;) Then, I will adapt the pratical part depending on the student's level...and will of course ;) He/She can bring the music piece he would like to play.

Hello, I am a passionate young musician, multi-instrumentalist but trained trumpeter, I have been exploring the many facets of musical expression for 15 years. The musical openness, the technical background and the experiences of multiple styles allow me to adapt my teaching to the needs and wishes of the student, and lead me to offer an accompanied teaching on guitar, piano or percussion. On this support a work of improvisation and musical listening is also offered. After my CEM course at the Bayonne Regional Conservatory and one year of private teaching, I have the educational tools necessary for effective technical education. Recalling the real interest of technique as a means of serving expression, I invite my students to explore and work through play, and to find their own expression. I know a fairly wide repertoire of music and master the basics of music theory or what we could call the musical 'theory' of the guitar. If certain pupils are interested in learning by an equally theoretical route, the teaching will be adapted accordingly. But if you prefer to learn the songs as they are, there is no problem, we will go straight to the point!
