Chemistry, Maths and Physics Tuition for All Levels

I've been a researcher in the field of chemistry and chemical engineering for over 7 years now. Currently, I'm a postdoctral researcher at ULB in the chemistry department. I received my PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, UK.

I can therefore provide tuition for any topic in chemistry, maths and physics, for both students and casual learners of any level. Classes are tailored to your needs, whether you need help to pass an exam or you want to deepen your udnerstanding of a particular topic.

Classes are available for students at all levels and casual learners alike. You can bring along any problems or assignments you have or need help with, we can do practice exam questions, or I can teach you a topic from the beginning and provide a course-like service.

Online classes are conducted via zoom or skype. We take notes using my iPad, and you receive a PDF of the notes we take and a video recording of our session for you to refer back to later.

If you have any further questions, send me a message! I look forward to hearing from you.

About Me

I'm currently a postdoctoral researcher in the chemistry department at ULB. I research magnetic and electric fields and their effect on pharmaceutical compounds. Aside from my research, I've been tutoring for 6 years now in chemistry, maths and physics for all levels, from high school to univeristy. I started doing this during my PhD in Glasgow.

Studying the sciences can be daunting, especially with so much information given to you in such a short time. My job, as your tutor, is to help you break down all this information, help you understand it, and then help give you the confidence to go forward and tackle problems on your own. I promise you, a lot of the concept you learn that seems difficult are extremely simple once you understand them. I'm here to help you with that.

Math, physics, mechanics, in FR/NL/ENG by a polytechnic civil engineer.
I can help you pass your exams: - math (analysis, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, etc.) - physics (kinematics, energy, waves, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, etc.) - entry level (engineering, medicine, etc.) for primary, secondary and higher levels. My specificity is to be able to give lessons in three languages: French, Dutch and English thanks to an FR education at home and studies and work in NL and ENG. I make sure to establish a relationship of trust with the student by listening to their needs and providing solutions in a relaxed and studious atmosphere at the same time. My teaching technique includes two axes: - Structure the steps of the exercises and if necessary explain them in different ways until 100% understanding. - Based on the theory and exercises seen in class in order to best prepare the student for exams. Do not hesitate to call me for more information, we will look together at how I can help you achieve your goals.

Tamila
Student at ULB offers private lessons in math and piano
I am currently an economics student at ULB, I am 24 years old and I am looking for part-time work. I had 8 hours of math per week in secondary school. Having already given tutoring lessons, I know how to adapt to the student's pace and I am easy to communicate with. I mainly target primary and secondary students up to 3rd grade. My goal is to bring the student up to speed to start the year on a good basis! Regarding the piano, I started playing at the age of 6 before attending a music academy for 10 years from which I graduated. The piano is for me a passion that I would like to pass on. The student can suggest composers and tell me their preferences. Having quite a few scores at home, I can also bring some depending on the level of the student.
