I am a qualified Special Education teacher from Finland and I offer test-prep tutoring, help with homework, support for learning disabilities, teaching Finnish language and tutoring in all subjects in the Primary school level. My teaching style is student-centered and encouraging. I tailor each session's content to meet the unique needs of each student and consider their individual learning style. Some students remember things better through visuals, some through listening, and others through hands-on practice. My goal is for each student to genuinely understand the material, enabling them to apply what they've learned in various real-life situations. Simply repeating information without comprehension doesn’t lead to lasting learning. I hope to work with students of all ages and needs. However, I should mention that my strongest expertise in mathematics is limited to the basic school curriculum. Y for Yoga / Pascale is a kids' yoga instructor for children aged 3 to 12 and offers yoga classes for children and their families. I have been teaching yoga to kids and their families since 2018; using nature and the natural elements to boost their creativity, through a light-hearted approach. My classes combine gentle movements, storytelling and using affirmations work to boost confidence, self-esteem and self-love.
