Folk or classical acoustic guitar. The teaching philosophy is adapted to the level of each individual, according to the pace of work and motivation. For example, for beginners: Technique of the plectrum or fingers, coordination and correction of the right and left hand. Learning basic chords, simple themes, simple rhythms, reading tablatures (...). For intermediaries: development of rhythm, construction of chords, writing of tablatures, basic notions of harmony (...). Depending on your goals, you can learn, if you wish, to play 60 to 80% of current music from the first lessons, which often use the same chords and the same techniques. In this class, we will be exploring music by learning your favorite songs from any genre you enjoy. I will personalize the lessons to your needs and make sure we cover all the fundamentals that will set you on the right track! I will teach you how to: - learn songs by ear, (pop, jazz r&b, funk, fusion, hip-hop, and whatever you like honestly) - improvise, - compose, - understand music theory (harmony, rhythm, scales, progressions, sight-reading etc.) - produce and sound design in Ableton. About me: Education: I started playing music at 7 years old, went through 12 years of music school, and then moved to Amsterdam and spent 4 years learning jazz guitar at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. I frequently play with various bands ranging from Pop and Funk to Jazz Fusion and even Techno. Turkish reed flute is an essential instrument of Turkish Classcial Music. It has a deep and dense culture dating from 13. century around. If you want to learn about how to perform it you first need a teacher educated by masters on this field. As of many teachers you can find online but you make sure that not every tutor meets with traditional style. Solfege and method are inseperable parts of the lessons. So for beginners and intermediate students must follow a compotent tutor to learn about the way of classic form.

I am a freelance musician, performing with several orchestras across Europe. I have recently finished my Masters Studies in KASK Conservatorium, Belgium and am currently living in Oslo. Passion for music was the main vehicle that brought me to where I am now. But a big part of the origin of that passion came from the teachers I had contact with. ..... I am offering violin lessons, to all kind of ages and levels!! In piano lessons, we use the book method of Notus or Hal Leonard. Everything is explained step by step and you gradually learn to read music and know the piano. At the start of our lessons we'll take a look at what is important to you. What goals do you want to set, and what feels achievable and comfortable? We set long-term goals of, for example, a year. Completely tailored to where you are at, right now. During the lessons I am patient, motivating, encouraging, and complimenting. I'll point out what could be better, and also pay attention to how you can play more easily. And much more. Tailored to your needs and wishes.

The most important matter that I could write here about is my passion to teach. I've been teaching already for more than 10 years, from kids to adults. I'm a classical pianist, but I am opened to other musical styles. What I want you to get from your lessons with me, is not only a huge knowledge of theorical stuff or a great technique, I would like to show you my musical world, the imagination and inner exploration that is required to understand and to love music in a whole new level.
