I needed coaching support at a time when my company's business was growing exponentially. This situation took the company to another scale with the opening of 2 new stores in 6 months, renovation work and an explosion in the number of employees, from 1 to 12.

The first objective was to channel efforts and establish priorities: to be able to distribute tasks according to their degree of priority and urgency. I needed to think about how to lead firmly while remaining polite, empathetic, and motivating for teams.
