Music Theory for all levels: In this lesson you will get deep knowledge and understanding of music. Either you are a complete beginner, an instrumental performer, or you want to prepare for entrance exams into a music conservatories, these classes are perfect for you. Together we are going to read, listen and analyze music and work towards understanding it in a musical, structural and compositional level. In addition, for the instrumentalists that may join the class, we can even discuss and work on pieces that you are already studying at the moment, regarding on your musical interpretation, the piece's structure, analisys and time period.

I’m a 24-year-old Portuguese clarinetist, teacher, and musician with years of experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Codarts University of the Arts and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree at the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp. While my main expertise is in clarinet and classical music, I’m passionate about exploring other genres, including jazz and pop. I have extensive experience performing in a wide range of ensembles, orchestras, and combos across different styles. Teaching and inspiring other musicians is something I truly enjoy. Hello! I am Celia, a professional saxophonist and singer. I am offering individual (online or face-to-face) lessons in Saxophone, Singing, Improvisation, or Music Theory. I am a brazilian musician graduated in classical guitar, with experience in jazz and brazilian music. Everything from bossa nova, samba, choro and latin music in general is my speciality. Have been teaching for 15 years now, i developed a way of teaching music based on what the student needs to develop his/her potential. It can be more practical and playfull, or theoretical and methodical.

Composing music can be intimidating, but it’s actually stimulating and hands-on, and it’s not all about sitting at a table in front of a paper imagining music. In these lessons you’ll learn about composition techniques, harmony, melody, rhythm, form, composing through improvisation, and much more. Everything you need to translate your ideas into your own preferred genre of music. Depending on your background and musical preferences, we will adjust the content of the lessons so that it fits you best. The lessons can be done in English, Dutch, Spanish or Catalan.
