About Me
I began my career teaching Spanish as a second language in 1978 when I met CIDOC (Centro de Documentación en Cuernavaca) Morelos. In that year he studied anthropology at the National School of Anthropology and History in Mexico City. I was invited to the IDEAL school to prepare myself in teaching Spanish as a second language. I learned from this great opportunity to know the Spanish language getting knowledge in andragogy. For several years I continued to study and research more about andragogy and pragmatics.In 1980 I learned about Communication Experience in Cuernavaca and joined the team of Spanish teachers applying methods such as the FSI (Foreing Service Intitute) as well as studying and attending Diplomas in the Teaching of Spanish as a Second Language in several universities in Mexico.
I did volunteer work in 1985 for a year for the Diocese of San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas to work with Guatemalan refugees inside the Lacandona Jungle on the border with Guatemala. I gained extraordinary experiences knowing first-hand the situation of Guatemalan refugees in the border state of Chiapas, Mexico. Lesley College conducted an interview of my work where she showed the precarious situation in which Guatemalan refugees lived. When I returned I joined The Center for Bilingual and Multicultural Studies in the city of Cuernavaca, where I coordinated excursions to different cities and/or archaeological sites and museums.
Later I joined the UAEM (National Autonomous University of the State of Morelos) where I taught Spanish classes, coordinated groups, was a lecturer and offered the first Spanish Diploma for future teachers within the same university in 2000.
In 2003 I traveled to the United States to work with LACA (Latino Advocacy in Community Affairs) there I created and opened immersion programs to culture in Mexico with UNIVAC (Universidad del Valle de Cuernavaca)

Morning Session (4 hours):

In school pedagogy, in textbooks and in normal lessons, the first approach is used - in the course I am offering you, it is the second approach because it is more economical and faster.

Learning is easy, but unlearning things that have become bad habits is extremely difficult. This makes it all the more important to learn the right reflexes as early as possible. I offer German lessons for individuals or groups (2 to 5 people). The methods are based on cognitive science and historical linguistics in particular. • Fluent in English (Cambridge Proficiency Certificate C2) and advanced level proficiency in German (Goethe Zertifikat B2), which allows me to teach French in combination with English and/or German;
• Experience in international institutions (UNESCO) and interventions in countries requiring humanitarian aid, notably Syria, Lebanon and Iraq;
• Since 2019, I have been focusing on the development of language services within the Partout Languages school (levels A0-C2+).
How are the lessons going?
From the very first consultation, I offer you a teaching program that is fully tailored to your goals. During the first lesson, we define your goals together and then consistently achieve them. I do not exert any unnecessary pressure, I am always there to motivate you positively – all my attention is focused on your needs. During the lessons, we use various materials, many of which are completely personalized and prepared only for you. The pace of the lessons and their program are adjusted to your needs, while creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
