Lisa specializes in Private Yoga to guide you to your best version of yourself and to upgrade your health in a wholesome and holistic perspective. Yoga is not just on the mat, it's how we sleep, eat, live, and our relationships.
    Private classes can be booked per class or as a program of 5-10 sessions. Prior to the program, you will be offered a complimentary call where we will talk about the specific parts of your life that you want to work on and change. Private group classes for events or groups are also available upon request.
    If you are in Stockholm, the class will be held in my private studio at Selma City Spa but the classes can also be held online.

    By overcoming eating disorders, growing up with a schizophrenic parent, and feeling overworked in the corporate world, Lisa’s journey has influenced her to become a Yoga Teacher. Her classes are healing, holistic, and authentic.

    Lisa practiced Yoga for her personal well-being for 9 years when she decided to quit her full-time job in the finance world to follow her dream to become a certified 300-hour Yoga Teacher.

    After her life-changing Yoga Teacher Training in India, she strives to guide others to reconnect with their body and heal themselves with Yoga and Meditation. Devoted to sharing the Yogic wisdom with the world.

    Born following behavioral observation, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) designates a whole set of techniques (dissociation, reframing, etc.) and methods aimed at promoting the personal development of the individual. Neuro-linguistic programming is concerned with how humans function in a given environment, based on their behavioral patterns. Through a set of techniques and methods, NLP helps to change the way an individual perceives his environment. Indeed, each individual has a map of the world which is specific to him, and which is modulated by his beliefs and his conditioning. The purpose of NLP is to modify this map in order to enable the individual to achieve their goals more effectively.
