Hello! My name is Orestis, I come from Cyprus and I am 27 years old. I am passionate about teaching, and one of the greatest joys of my professional career is watching my students flourish. I have been playing the piano for 20 years now and have over 7 years in teaching the piano. My goal is to make the piano lessons fun and enjoyable while also incorporating all the necessary elements, such as theory, music history and sight-reading, to create a well rounded musical education. I am experienced with exam preparations (ABRSM) and music school admissions exams, but I prefer to create my own curriculum to fit each student’s specific needs and aspirations. My principal aim is to unveil the intrinsic qualities of the student, in a natural and progressive way, through the enjoyment of the music. My piano lessons are focused on the aim and purpose you have with piano studying. I specialize in classical music, holding a degree and Master's in piano, and I'm looking forward to pursuing my second Master's in pedagogy; although I've also taken classes about improvisation and modern piano music if you're more into that.
