My name is Ben, 33 years old, and because of my red hair I was already 'different' from my classmates in primary school. Over the years I have experienced that thinking differently and acting differently is not always easy, partly because society, including the people in my immediate environment, feel that they have everything. Many people are unconsciously driven by (failure) anxiety and they exhibit risk-averse behavior. For example, my parents said well meaning: You now have such a good (and nice and safe) job: Why would you risk that? Many talk a lot about it, but never take concrete steps towards starting their own business. In the meantime I have experienced that I dare to make different choices than most people. That was and is sometimes exciting, but it brings me success in private and business terms! Many consecutive 'failure' moments have brought me to where I am now: a nice father who fulfills assignments 3 days a week as a Freelance Business Developer and Data / Business Analyst and launches new start-ups in the rest of the time.

Most of the stages are done with official authorities, some with an accountant, several stages are done alone and there are stages where the entrepreneur feels the desire or the need to share, to take stock, to ask the right questions, to discuss with a person completely outside the project. These are the phases where the entrepreneur calls on the coach. Specializing in supporting people who are launching into entrepreneurship, during the courses the following elements can be addressed depending on demand and need, because each request is unique and therefore personalized: has. define the key stages of the project with retro planning, b. (re)visit the project’s blocking points and stimulation points, vs. know your success and failure strategies, d. allow yourself time to reflect and step back to ask yourself the right questions, e. implement appropriate actions, f. develop your relational network, g. choose allies and influence strategies, h. ensure the maintenance of the vision and competitive advantage of your business, i. find your own balance between private and professional obligations Here is an illustration of entrepreneurship support: The context explained by the client I needed coaching support at a time when my company's business was growing exponentially. This situation took the company to another scale with the opening of 2 new stores in 6 months, renovation work and an explosion in the number of employees, from 1 to 12. The customer's request Manage the exponential development of the activity. The approach to this support in the words of the client The first objective was to channel efforts and establish priorities: to be able to distribute tasks according to their degree of priority and urgency. Then, it was necessary to do in-depth work on the schedule to manage tasks as well as unforeseen events. We finally got down to scheduling to cope with the scale of administrative work. We also discussed leadership in depth. I needed to think about how to lead firmly while remaining polite, empathetic, and motivating for teams. It was key for me to communicate taking into account the personalities, profiles and operating methods of everyone in the team. Finally, we worked on the theme of balance between professional and personal life. How to stay focused on the professional goal while taking into account personal and family life? How can I coordinate these two aspects of my life as fairly as possible? I had the feeling of being everywhere and nowhere at the same time, which created enormous dissatisfaction for me at the time. During the coaching sessions, we simulated concrete situations and role plays to cover all possible situations in relation to the reality of the moment. It was a lot of preparation work so as not to be caught off guard once on the ground. The results obtained expressed by the client 6 months after the coaching support As my coaching journey progressed, I implemented what we talked about during the sessions. I was thus able to achieve my goals and concretely witness my progress as a leader. I also observed how I gradually developed my abilities to manage a much larger volume of business.
