A typical session generally begins with a generalized then specific warm-up of 10 to 15 minutes (joints, muscle preparation, cardio ...), then we move on to the body of the session for 35 to 40 minutes where we work together the techniques boxing with "paos or bear paws" (to learn or improve the various basic movements and movements). It is also possible to do a "circuit training" during the body session, ie a set of exercises making the whole body work (burpees, squat, rhythm scale for footwork, ... and boxing exercises). We end with ten minutes of muscle building (abdominals, sheathing, ...) and a return to calm. Good humor, surpassing oneself, personal development, determination, results and satisfaction will be the key words of our sessions. I am also a coach available for his students outside of our training sessions, by messaging or phone if necessary, for follow-up of additional exercises or nutrition advice for example.
