Everyone can develop their gifts and talents and my class provide the appropriated environment for that. I try to explain content about the theory and its applications, whenever possible, showing the relation between that content and human needs that lead to its historical development. I try to help the student to achieve success in solving problems related to the theories, assisting step by step the resolution by the student (to stimulate his/her prominence, autonomy, and self-confidence in problems solving), through questions and, when needed, giving further examples and explanations that can bring deeper understandings. In my class enter no criticism and no pressure, there is no place for fear of mistakes (the mistakes are part of the way we human beings learn), the atmosphere is happy and healthy, stimulating the student to be himself/herself and to feel free to learn, investigate and question with tranquility and happiness. Mouad is a fantastic teacher. He has a very professional approach to what he is doing. He knows how to work with younger students. He can quickly position student's knowledge and has the flexibility to follow the required curriculum. He also knows how to build the confidence of the student himself what is extremely important in case of students who had bad experience with the subject in the past. Mouad communicates fluently in French and English. He is always on time and well prepared for classes. He also gives feedback after the lessons. We will definately continue classes with him. My son is making good progress in Mathematics while working with Mouad.

I found Dr. Ralf to be a wonderful Teacher. The things that he taught me through online helped me a great deal in this class as well as in statistic level. Because of the help and attention that He provided me with, I understand and enjoy Statistics. The class was great in that he didn’t just give the answers away – he made me THINK. This was sort of frustrating, but it helped me understand the material much better. I would recommend him as a Teacher for future classes, without a doubt.
