About Me
My name is Margherita, I am a yoga teacher and content creator currently based in Stockholm, Sweden.
From a young age I worked many different jobs to become independent, from store manager to marketing specialist and product trainer.
Movement has always been a part of me. As a little girl I practiced gymnastics, and later in life I studied ballet and flamenco. When I discovered yoga, I was first drawn to the physical practice as a way to unwind after work—but soon I realized yoga is so much more. Through it I found compassion, non-judgement, and the deep knowing that I am already enough as I am.
During my pregnancy and postpartum journey, yoga became my greatest support. I adapted my practice to honor change, and this helped me prepare for a natural birth and a smooth recovery, with no lasting diastasis recti and a strong sense of well-being in both body and mind. This experience inspired me to become a certified pregnancy yoga teacher, alongside my work with Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga.
I especially love breathing practices, and I strongly advocate for inclusivity in yoga. To me, asana is not an end goal—it is a tool, a doorway into resilience, balance, and joy. Being able to explore what our bodies can do is wonderful, but even more important is what we learn about ourselves along the way, and how we can meet life’s challenges with presence and peace.
My purpose as a teacher is to share this passion: guiding students through mindful movement and breath, helping them cultivate strength and awareness in a safe, empowering way, so they can eventually become their own best teachers.
