I work on the themes that the child wants. I do relaxation, Qi Qong, yoga. I teach them to know each other through clothing (different method which resembles that of Flora Douville). I create a space for listening and speaking. If the child wishes, we can play, paint or make music. I love singing especially in the Greek language which opens the heart through vibrations. Our senses are unique in everyone. I want to coach people who want to work on their depth. There is a quote from Yannick Noah that I really like that says: "Dare, give your life back its true value, give this world back all its colors."
