My lessons focus on implementing violin techniques I have learnt from world renowned teachers. My method of teaching is based off of the Suzuki and Kodaly methods. I believe that when learning violin it is similar to how we learn how to speak. First we learn how to make sounds, then say sentences, then we learn to read. When we do this with violin very quickly we can be creating beautiful sounds and talking through our instrument. I am a student at the Royal Northern College of Music studying violin performance. I play with many orchestras and professional ensembles along side my active duo, the Nexus Duo. I have a great passion for teaching and I have taught many pupils with a large age range and ability over the years. I look forward to meeting you!
