My name is Gustav and I offer cello lessons for everyone aged 5-99 at MusikQuartier Wien. What makes my lessons special is my ability to cater to the individual wishes of my students. Whether classical music, film music or jazz/pop: I have sufficient experience in each of these musical genres. Plus, I can accompany all my students on the piano, as I temporarily also studied piano at university. In addition to my training as an instrumental teacher, I am also a qualified concert cellist, work as a section leader in a symphony orchestra and perform regularly as a chamber musician. During my studies and in various bands, I was able to gain valuable experience in the areas of improvisation, jazz/pop and arranging, so that I can offer all these styles of music and also provide sheet music without any problems. Lesson days and times are arranged individually and should ideally be repeated weekly at the same time so that we can establish a routine. I look forward to getting to know you! - Tip: Cancellations are best announced at least 26 hours before the arranged date, so you can be safe to get your money back! For cancellations within 24 hours before the lesson, you are required by Apprentus policy to pay 50% of my fee. - Online lessons via Skype or FaceTime (or a hybrid version of face-to-face and online) are possible for advanced students.
