Music has always been my biggest passion and I really enjoy sharing it with other people. My main music genres are pop, rnb, ballades, a bit of jazz, and soul. I can read musical notes, but I mainly play by ear (which can be learned too!). I am into music theory and how it helps to understand what one hears and plays. When it comes to singing, I know some basic techniques and can help with pitch, harmonizing, control, and feeling comfortable/confident when singing. Hey! I am Malena, I was born in Berlin and grew up in Barcelona, where I completed my Bachelor's in English. Therefore I have grown up speaking multiple languages. I have been teaching teenagers and adults, privately and in groups, for over six years now. I have a dynamic and interactive approach, with interesting and helpful materials. I teach theory with practical exercises, reading and analysing articles, practicing writing both formally and casually, and training conversation and oral understanding
