My name is Reveriano, I am co-owner of a family micro-business that is dedicated to electrical installations and repairs to residential homes and commercial companies; in the Montgomery County area of Maryland. I have had several classes with Prof. Mendoza, where I have learned a lot about basic remote support for my devices (smartphones, laptops, desktop computers, switches, routers, NAS). I learned to understand basic problems on my network, to find my NAS and an SSD with an encapsulator for my computer on the Internet. Additionally, I learned how to replace a failed drive for my NAS and backup data. I have learned many new things, recently I learned how to map the NAS network drive to access my files and documents locally from my computer, or remotely from anywhere in the world. I hope to continue learning much more with these classes. I consider Mr. Mendoza to be more than a teacher, I consider him an ally for my company because he understands the needs of my business, he helps me understand and practice concepts through what we call “learning-by-doing.” Furthermore, he is a direct, honest, trustworthy person and his work is of quality. I surely recommend Prof. Mendoza for his classes.
