Sign up for a band playing lesson as an individual instrumentalist, and you will be paired with other like-minded musicians to form a band. I will pair musicians of similar levels and who share similar musical interests together. We will meet once or regularly based on the students availability, and will go over the basics of what it means to play in a group, put a repertoire of music together, and take your musicianship to the next level. Too often when learning an instrument, we fail to do what is ultimately the end goal of these long hours spent practicing : making music with others. This is also a great opportunity to meet fellow musicians and share your passion with others. PS : at least one to two years of experience on your instrument is recommended to sign up for band playing lessons.

Learning an instrument, at any level, can be a fun and extremely rewarding endeavour. However, finding an adequate teacher is key to making this learning experience fruitful and enjoyable. After years of experience as a teacher, and a performing musician, I have perfected a teaching method that allows students to follow their own musical aspirations, while developing a strong foundation on the drums, therefore reaching their full potential. Together, we will focus on your musical interests, and get you the tools that you need to be proficient on the instrument. You will get a clear idea of what you can do to become a good drummer and further your knowledge as a musician, regardless of musical style or level.
