Economics is a growing subject at school level and is therefore increasingly expected for undergraduate studies. In A' level Economics, we consider how to start modelling how individuals, firms and economies at large manage production and consumption with scarce constraints.

I've been tutoring mathematics for 5 years since obtaining 100% standardised marks in A' level mathematics and further mathematics. I later specialised in technical Economics finals papers in my undergraduate degree. I have tutored over 150 students, including over 30 for school mathematics, of whom all but one increased their grades on the first attempt. My proudest achievement was supporting a student going from performance at an E/U borderline in A' level Mathematics to an A* as his final grade. My focus is on fostering a strong conceptual foundation, allowing students to achieve results beyond their expectations. Many of my students have seen significant improvements, often increasing their attainment by multiple grades. Watching students develop confidence in their abilities and excel in their academic pursuits is the most rewarding part of my work.
