I was born and raised in Hong Kong, moved to the UK 16 years ago so I am fluent in English, Mandarine and Cantonese. I can work with standard textbooks and use authentic material to keep the lesson engaging, fun and fruitful. As a RIBA certified Architect, I have knowledge and experience in architecture and Art, and I am more than happy to share my learnings with you. I am a cello teacher from Hong Kong / UK; you can learn with me online /come to my home office where my husband will be working and my dog will be sleeping. Classes can be one-to-one or group classes. I am a teacher who is passionate playing and sharing music. I love playing cello and have played it for over 20 years. I have been playing at churches and various events for the past 10 years. At school, I was in an orchestra since year 3. I was also playing in chamber music groups, string Serenade and Concertos when I studied at the Cheltenham ladies College. I lived in the UK from 2009 and grew up in Hong Kong. I am a qualified architect, career coach, author-illustrator, so I am sure we will have fun, interesting conversations. I believe that music is influential and it can really create an unforgettable experience for audiences. I am patient, understanding and responsible. The classes can be taught in Cantonese or English, and I speak and understand B2 French.
