Through a playful and personalized framework, I offer exercises from my circus practice and as a dancer and I adapt to the needs of the person depending on the time, number of sessions we have together. I have a very large living room with hardwood floors that allow you to move around with ease and space perfectly. 🍁 My desire during these classes and to be able to bring the person a benevolent and encouraging look as well as several tools to gain self-confidence with movement, dance and your dancing body.
