As an experienced online tutor of English Language and Literature from KS3 to GCSE, I am eager to help more students achieve their academic and personal goals. I believe that the challenge is as much psychological as it is of preparation and ability. I encourage students with the confidence to aim high in their academic goals and equip them with enthusiasm and passion for their learning. I often take a direct approach to learning to diagnose problems before drilling back to basic theory and fundamental knowledge blocks. This approach enables students to set their sights on the long-term goal of examination success and helps me devise a realistic and targeted plan to ensure their best chance of success.

As a recent Oxford Classics graduate, I am keen to share my love of Latin and the Latin language with any would-be enthusiasts. I have experience in tutoring Latin from scratch to A-Level equivalent standard. In these classes, I'll focus on equipping my students with the necessary tools to master grammar as well as to build up their vocabulary repertoire. We'll translate passages of Latin and try our hand at Latin composition ourselves!
