Hello! My name is Mario and I am a 26 years old professional pianist and orchestra conductor. I am currently taking a master degree in the world famous conducting class of Professor Johannes Schlaefli and Christoph Mathias Müller at the Zhdk, Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. I hold two bachelor degrees, one in classical piano performance and the other in orchestra conducting, both from The Norwegian Academy of music in Oslo. More than 8 years of university high education in total. I also have plenty of experience teaching and I taught in Norway for 6 years in the public education system. Practicing classical guitar for 27 years, graduated from the National Conservatory of Limoges, I teach guitar (beginner to advanced levels). My method is distinguished by a perfect combination of high standards and attention paid to the pleasure of playing. Passionate about music theory (rhythms, musical notations and other aspects that seem tedious to many), I know how to transmit this taste for musical technique. The pleasure of play develops when you feel your progress, and these come with regular work. I therefore ask for attendance and regularity of at least 1 hour of practice per day. I completed my Bachelor degree at Conservatory “C. Pollini” in Padua achieving the honours with Prof. Massimo De Ascaniis and afterwards, in 2020, I obtained my soloist-concert Master in Piano with Prof. Riccardo Zadra at Conservatory “A. Pedrollo ” in Vicenza. During my studies I also attended an annual advanced course in Piano at Music Academy in Sacile with Prof. Stefania Redaelli. I have always been interested in chamber music and in 2016/2018 I attended a post Graduation Course in Chamber Music with prof. Giampaolo Pretto at “Scuola di Musica di Fiesole”.
