    In this class we will practice a dynamic yoga where we will join Gravity Yoga and Hatha Yoga helping our body to gain range of flexibility, strength and movement. Gravity Yoga is a method through which we will use slow and leisurely movements together with long and deep breaths that will help you gain flexibility and where the main focus will be on opening the hips, lengthening the hamstrings and expanding the flexibility of the spine. Hatha Yoga is a classic style of postures and techniques of movement and breathing that aims to balance strength and flexibility while also helping to create a balance between the energies that exist within us.
