How do we structure classes?
1. We will always start with a warm-up, it is important to prepare our body before taking action!
2. Some theory and technique. We cannot learn movements without first understanding what we are doing, so we always have to see some basic theory about what we are going to work on.
3. Specific exercises. It is not always necessary, but many exercises will be very useful as a preliminary to what we are going to work on.
4. We learn movement.
5. Social dancing! Depending on the students' objectives, this point will be more essential or not, but practice makes perfect, so we cannot forget about it.
Who are the classes for?
- Levels: For anyone who wants to learn to dance bachata, the level does not matter, if you have not taken a dance step in your life or if you want to go further and improve your dancing technique and style.
-No of people: from individual private classes, such as couples or groups.
