The request is handled with the utmost seriousness while taking into account the student's difficulties and allowing them to gain self-confidence. No criticism of the student or the course received at school and a positive way of approaching the difficulties encountered. Feedback after each lesson and a summary of the material seen and the work required of the student, written documents given to the student. Great flexibility on schedules and even on student delays ;-) Emmy-Lee is a sure value that I highly recommend!
