I adapt to all types of levels and all audiences in order to share as much of my experience as possible. My typical session is divided into 4 key moments. 1. Joint and muscle warm-up (rope; running; movement) 2. The body of the session with or without specific equipment defined according to the level) 3. Muscle building 4. The return to calm, relaxations I mix boxing with strengthening exercises or cross fit movements in order to develop muscular and cardiovascular tone the goal of the session and to feel a difference physically, technically but also mentally to feel on top.
