I am a graduate in Fine Arts, currently studying a master's degree in Research in Art and Creation. My passion is teaching. This summer we will have fun painting, drawing and creating without limits. The idea is to have fun and stop thinking that there are those who draw well and those who draw badly, we can all do it even without looking!

Learn to create your sourdough from scratch with love and patience. We will learn to work with long fermentation and high hydration doughs, as well as preferments to make different types of bread and pizza. In this course you will be able to acquire the basic tools to continue on the wonderful path of the bakery.
