I offer to accompany you in hour/hour and a quarter sessions to work on strength and flexibility and range of motion, while expanding your proprioception and connecting mind and body through breathing. With yoga you will learn or continue practicing different asanas, entering and letting your breath open and your body and tensions soften. With Pilates you will strengthen from the core to correct your posture while you decompress and release. We can see which modality suits you best, or perhaps combine asanas/exercises from both.
