Based on the curiosity and concerns of the student, we will work on different aspects of the singing habit such as technique, expression, body awareness or style while finding the comfort and the pleasure in the act of making music. Complementary exercises as ear training, solfege or musical history can be also part of the learning process as long as it's useful or enriching for the student. Starting with the flute as first instrument, I discovered the voice while singing in choir and became passionate about it. As a professional choir singer I have worked under the batton of conductors such as Jordi Savall, Ton Koopman or Simon Halsey. As a soloist, I debuted at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in the cicle of contemporary chamber operas OH!PERA. After working in Barcelona as a singer, choir conductor and singing teacher I came to Basel to explore further on vocal performance and pedagogy, studying at the Musik Akademie Basel under the guidance of Marcel Boone.
