I have spent all of my entrepreneurial career establishing, developing and expanding SME’s in many diverse Uk and foreign market sectors. Travelled extensively and enjoyed married life and building a family of four children.

As a seasoned CEO, coach and mentor, I engage others through active listening and specialise in fostering strategic partnerships to engage diverse stakeholder groups and teams. 1985 – 1992 – Established a commodities trading company dealing with several African companies. Project managed the building of a hatchery project in Zanzibar.
1992 – 1995 Consultant/mentor to the CEO & diverse group of shareholders of a licensed sportswear business. Hands on approach resulted in its rapid expansion and sale to VF Corporation, a NYSE company.
