I practice sports regularly on my own.
I can provide coaching in cross fit, yoga and meditation.
I won't give instructions and ask you to do, i will do sport with you.
My schedule would be for approximately 1-1:30 hour

Cross fit (with body weight)
Abs
Yoga stretches
Breathing exercises
Meditaton
Note: Meditation deplends on the time my client can provide
