I have always been interested in other cultures and languages and I have enjoyed learning about them. I worked as a Customer Services Specialist and the most important activity was to speak with customers in English and solve different and difficult situations. I have also a vast experience as a Trainer and this experience made me capable of teaching English that will help students learning how to communicate efficient in English. I would like to share my skills with people and to help them to improve their English or Romanian language. My lessons are based on informal conversations which will help my students to speak English and Romanian with confidence. The lessons are based on student-centered conversations and I will use various materials and role-playing natural conversations.
