Learning English opens doors to travelling, to studying and to working abroad. With English being the most commonly used foreign language among foreign English language speakers, English dominates the fields of tourism, film, science and technology. I am a native English speaker from Canada, certified to English as a Second Language and to help with TOEFL Preparation. I understand the difficulties of plateauing and the struggle to obtain fluency. My goal is to keep students challenged and engaged by using students' interests to guide the language acquisition process and different forms of media to understand different English dialects and culture.
