Whether you’re struggling to understand Shakespeare, grasping the themes of a set novel, or not knowing how to do persuasive writing I provide tutoring in both the English Literature and English Language curriculum for secondary school pupils ages 11-18 years. In my classes, I will provide help with essay writing, analysing novels, plays and poetry and give you the confidence you need to tackle GCSE and A level exams. For younger pupils at KS3 I am happy to tailor to the pupil's needs and provide any support they require at this stage in their learning. I am DBS certified, with a GCSE in English Literature and English Language, an A Level in English Literature and a First Class Honours degree in English and Creative Writing. I will be studying a PGCE in teaching secondary English from September 2024. Note that timings may vary if in person depending on the location of the student.
