The courses are aimed at all levels and with the specific programs below:
Beginner levels:
1. Learn to float: Ideal for newbies. In shallow water pools I teach you the correct bass for good body position, flotation and breathing techniques, independently and confidently on your stomach and back.
2. Introduction to water: I teach you the basics of leg kicks in Crawl & Backstroke and scissors in Breaststroke. Following the mastery of these movements, we will move on to the arm movements in these strokes and finally to complete and synchronize a complete movement of each discipline. Finally, we will move on to the large plunge pool in order to further master the complete movements.
Intermediate levels:
3. Focus on efficiency: I analyze your swimming techniques in order to indicate the necessary corrections which will improve your efficiency by allowing you to swim faster, longer and above all more easily. Depending on your wishes, we focus on one discipline at a time.
Advanced levels:
4. Performance focus: I will set up a specific performance-oriented training program for you. We set up specific objectives based on your key dates (such as competition). I will also give you technical corrections that will improve your speed and as well as nutritional and other monitoring (Improvement of cardiorespiratory function, including maximum oxygen consumption, respiratory rate, heart rate, etc.)
