I will encourage the students to play some notes on the piano, and I will talk about the importance of time, and also the stave where different notes sit on the ledger lines. This will involve playing a couple of notes, to begin with. Due to the nature of online lessons, this will mean that there is more of an element of listening required by the students and also by myself.
