Aware of the difficulties that can be encountered throughout law studies, I think I can provide help to students. Indeed, after six years of law, I was able to understand the expectations of professors and reinforce the qualities that are required in these studies, such as rigor, organization and pragmatism. So I think I can help students reconcile with the law.
My courses are aimed at law school students regardless of their level (bachelor's or master's). Here is how I plan to organize the sessions: 1. First of all, my goal is to understand the difficulties encountered by the student. The session therefore begins with a slot during which I will answer questions he may potentially have. 2. It will then be a question of returning to the various notions understood in the CM and TD which have not been well understood. 3. The session ends with practical exercises (MCQs, practical cases, dissertation plan, etc.). Indeed, in my opinion, it is necessary to combine practice with theory, particularly in law due to its technicality. The organization of the sessions will undoubtedly evolve according to the needs of the student.
I want to be a listening ear and answer all their questions as completely and rigorously as possible. Throughout the sessions, I will develop sheets and diagrams that will allow him to understand and learn the essential concepts.
